Yellow Cabbage Collards

North Carolina heirloom. Seedstock from Benny and Vickie Cox, owners of the famous Collard Shack in Ayden, North Carolina. Commercially introduced in 2015 by Southern Exposure Seed Exchange. Milder and more tender than most collards. The yellow-tinted leaves form a loose head. 75 days.
