Oblong leaves with significant lobing at base of petiole and moderately undulating edges. Variation in amount of purple pigmentation on stems and petioles, ranging from extensive to absent. Leaves reach 10-12” long, 6-8” wide. Good flavor, slightly bitter. Largest leaves are a little tough.
